Medicaid ACO Demonstration Project Strategic Planning

Quidoo Consulting is an international firm that assists nonprofit organizations to build their management, financial, decision-making, and leadership capacity.

This project supports Quidoo in conducting a strategic planning process for healthcare coalitions in three New Jersey communities that are currently in the early stages of developing a Medicaid Accountable Care Organization (ACO). These coalitions are the Greater Newark Healthcare Coalition and the Healthy Greater Newark ACO (both in Essex County), the Healthy Cumberland Initiative, Inc., and the Passaic County Comprehensive ACO, Inc. The strategic planning process will result in a document that will guide each community's development of their Medicaid ACO.
